Jarret Freeman is a higher education and criminal justice advocate. He currently manages operations and development at New Yorkers United for Justice, New York State's foremost criminal justice reform coalition. A former educator in five countries, Jarret understands post-secondary from both the supply and the demand side and has made it a life-long commitment to ensure that all have equal access to quality education in the United States. Jarret is a member of a task force to support the President of Haiti more efficiently achieve development efforts for the country and its people through the fulsome use of the latest technology innovations. Jarret has been featured in publications such as CNBC, Yahoo Finance, and U.S. News. A former Representative to the United Nations, Jarret is a strategist to a number of educational institutions, alumni of City University of New York's Hunter College, an avid traveler, and speaks Russian.
