New Yorkers United for Justice Chief Strategist Khalil A. Cumberbatch Available for Interviews In Response to Latest Developments in Bail Reform
New York (N.Y.) – Khalil A. Cumberbatch, the Chief Strategist for New Yorkers United for Justice, a statewide coalition and the state’s leading reform advocacy organization, is available today for in-person, Skype, and telephone interviews to address ongoing fearmongering and misinformation pushed by opponents of bail reform and recent developments, including implementation and polling.
The group has also released New York Bail Reform: What’s Fact and What’s Fiction to address the misinformation and confusion around new bail reform regulations, and is compiling resources including the New York State Defenders Association’s A Bench Book for Judges.
